  1. I received an error 404 message.

There may have been an error/typo in your search query and/or that product/page is no longer available. Please check your search query and try again. If you get the error message again, please reach out via email to customerservice@ggvcp.pharmacy.


  1. I cannot find the product that I need.

When you are searching for a product, please do not use your prescription number. Instead, look up the item using the medication name. Confirm that you are using the generic name and not any brand names. Feel free to use the filters located on the left side of the screen to narrow your search. If you still cannot find the medication that you are looking for, utilize our special request form here: https://ggvcp.pharmacy/store/specialrequest and our staff will get back to you promptly.


  1. The strength that I need is not available for order.

We are able to customize medications into many different strengths, forms, etc.. In effect, we publish a limited number of medications online. If you are interested in getting something that is not available on our website, please utilize our special request form here: https://ggvcp.pharmacy/store/specialrequest and our staff will get back to you promptly.


  1. There’s no reorder button on my previous order.

If you do not see the prescription that you would like to refill, you will have to initiate a new order. Please refer to our Step-by-Step Online Store Instructions. We apologize for any inconvenience.


  1. When requesting a refill there is no field to enter coupon code.

Our coupon code is only available through orders placed through our online store. Refills placed through our website, using your RX number are not eligible for this discount. Please make sure that you are logged into our online store (www.ggvcp.pharmacy/store/login) and are generating the order/refill from there.


  1. When registering I get the error message “The username or email you have chosen already exists.”

Reset your password using our “Reset Your Password” link: https://ggvcp.pharmacy/store/index.php?dispatch=au... [Please note - the reset email may take a few minutes to be generated.] If you do not receive the reset instructions via email, or continue to have issues, please email us at customerservice@ggvcp.pharmacy.


  1. Can you ship my pet's medication to my state?

At this time we are only licensed to ship inside the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Massachusetts, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.

We offer:

FedEx next business day delivery for $15.00

FedEx 2nd business day delivery for $9.50

USPS First Class 1 to 3 business days for $5.50

**Please keep in mind that compounded medication is custom made for your clinic and/or patients. We take pride in our industry best turn-around times, however, each medication is made to order which can take some time. The time frames reflected above are solely based on shipping, AFTER the medication is compounded. Please allow approximately 7 business days for processing refills plus shipping time. As always, we will do our best to accommodate your clinics'/clients' needs so there is no lapse in treatment.
