Ordering Through our Online Store


Creating a new owner account:

  1. Click here to REGISTER as a Pet Owner, Veterinary Hospital or Veterinarian.

  2. Fill out requested information and click the "Register" button.

  3. Check your email to activate your account.

  4. Complete your information: billing and shipping, pet information and payment method.

  5. Start shopping! Access the store by clicking the store logo or clicking “Home”.

Ordering a new item:

  1. Access ggvcp.pharmacy/store. Sign in to your account via "My Account" option in the Menu Bar.

  2. On the blue banner on top of the screen, select New RX For Patient for a specific pet's prescription OR For Office Use* for veterinarian and hospital accounts. (*available for veterinarians and clinics in AZ, CA, FL, ID, NV, WI & WY)

  3. Select the form of the product you wish to order then find the product(s) and quantity you wish to order.

  4. When ready to checkout, click “View Cart”.

  5. Add coupon code "SPRING15" then click "Submit Order" to send to a patient or “Clinic Checkout”.

  6. Review your shipping and billing information then submit your order.

Quick Reorder:

  1. Access pharmacy/store. Sign in to your account via “My Account” option in the Menu Bar.
  2. Click on Order # for the desired product. If you do not see the medication you want filled, add as a new item. (See instructions below)
  3. Select items you want to reorder then click “Reorder Selected Items.”
  4. Add coupon code “SPRING15” then “Checkout”.
  5. Review billing and shipping information then submit your order.

Orders will be processed in the order they are received. Please allow up to 2 weeks for processing plus shipping time. We will do our best to accommodate your pet’s needs to ensure there is no lapse in treatment.
